I was saving this photo of the week for a nice wet weekend but I can’t wait any longer. It rained a little bit today but not like the total downpour seen here. It’s by Gagan Sadana, a member of the Street Photography London collective I saw at theprintspace’s ‘First Tuesday’ in September.

Most of his work is black and white with strong, bold contrasts but I love how abstract this is and that he’s seen and captured the beauty in this moment.

You can see more of his work at instagram.com/streetphotolondon and at blackandwhitestreetphotography.com. The collective are at streetphotographylondon.co.uk

Ok, so this is as much about the sculpture as it is about the photography but they work so well together. The settings and moods captured are beautiful (more below). The sculptor and photographer are one and the same – the very clever Robin Wight (more details at the bottom).
